- On the edge of the Pembrokeshire Coastal National Park, in a small settlement surrounded by countryside and reached via quiet winding country lanes, this is a delightful home equipped to the highest residential standards - ideal for a holiday in all seasons.
- For beach and watersports lovers Pembrokeshire’s glorious coast is within a short drive - Broad Haven, Nolton Haven, Druidstone, Little Haven and in the other direction Solva and the cathedral city of St Davids.
- Roch, a small village a mile away, has an ancient castle, church, post office/general store, a local (good family bar food) and a fish and chip takeaway.

3 Bedrooms sleeping a maximum of 6, plus cot. Master bedroom en suite (shower bath, toilet, washbasin) with king size bed, 1 double with tv/dvd & 2 seater sofa and 1 twin.

Shower Room with toilet, washbasin and shower cubicle.
Kitchen luxury fitted modern kitchen with range cooker (gas hob with wok burner and electric ovens), larder fridge, dishwasher. Breakfast bar with 2 chairs.
Utility Room with microwave, washing machine and tumble drier.
Lounge/Dining Room 1 x 3 seater and 1 x 2 seater leather reclining sofas and 1 armchair, remote control gas fire, Freeview tv, cd/radio, patio doors to front terrace. Dining table and leather chairs seating 6, highchair.
Garage with freezer and additional fridge/freezer.
Fuel gas central heating inclusive £30 per week outside these dates.
