An opulent house in a fantastic location with an ‘infinity edge’ heated swimming pool and Jacuzzi hot tub overlooking the gently sloping golden sands and clear azure seas of Freshwater East Beach. There is direct access to the beach from the garden and a public slipway adjacent from where you can launch your own boat. Stunning panoramic sea views from the 40’ lounge and separate dining/kitchen, natural stone floors with underfloor heating, 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms – including a master en-suite with a Jacuzzi bath and dressing room. Freshwater East Beach (or Fresh East to the locals) is so named because of the freshwater stream running into the sea and its large sweep of fresh sand and safe bathing makes it a great favourite with families. Freshwater East has a village shop and a post office. Further shopping can be done in Pembroke 3 miles away where amenities include bank, post office, library with internet access, supermarket, filling station, chemist, doctor, delicatessen and interesting independent shops. A Farmer's Market is held fortnightly in the town hall from 10 til 2 - excellent local produce.
Watersports near house on Freshwater East beach
Backed by dunes and grassy headlands, all sheltered by red sandstone cliffs, the beach was once the favourite haunt of smugglers but is now popular for swimming, surfing, windsurfing, canoeing/kayaking, sailing, fishing and for simply just relaxing on, building sand castles, fossil hunting or flying kites.
The Long House, Freshwater East
Behind the beach and a 5 minute walk away is a holiday park with an excellent café and bar - The Long House (summer months only) and the Freshwater Inn (bar food) is a 0.5m mile up-hill walk away in the village.
South Pembrokeshire
The Coastal Path along this stretch of coast is a joy to revel in – go east to remote Swanlake Bay and Manorbier or west to Stackpole Quay with its wonderful café and perhaps two of the best beaches in Pembrokeshire – exotic Barafundle and Broad Haven South.
Lamphey Court Spa
Within an easy drive is the village of Lamphey with its Bishop’s Palace ruins and Lamphey Court Hotel & Spa with an indoor swimming pool, a range of beauty treatments to try and a restaurant and bar to enjoy.
Pembroke
If you tire of the swimming pool, hot tub and beach then do visit nearby Pembroke, a quaint town with a magnificent medieval castle and picturesque Tenby - a great favourite with its tiny alleyways, ancient walls, individual shops and glorious beaches

Walk from St Govans to Angle
Keen fit walkers will enjoy the challenge and the rewards of this tough 17 mile walk. It offers diverse landscapes along a wild and windswept Pembrokeshire coast.
Walk from Angle to Pembroke
This is an easy 11 mile walk, flat almost all of the way. The walk follows the coarse of the river Cleddau passing numerous esturine inlets and sheltered bays.

A full range of surfing lessons and equipment hire are available. Choose from a half day or a week long course with qualified instructors.
Coarse Fishing at Bosherston Lily Ponds NT
Try your luck in this beautiful nature reserve. Spring and stream fed lakes are home to pike, tench, perch, roach and eels. Tight lines!

(1 twin has patio doors to terrace and 7 steps up to patio, lawn, swimming pool and hot tub)

Master bedroom with super king size ‘sleigh’ bed, dressing room with safe and en-suite bathroom (Jacuzzi bath, shower cubicle, toilet and washbasin. Patio doors onto terrace, lawn, swimming pool and hot tub and door to side terrace. Flat screen tv, cd/radio.
