Aberdaron holiday home
Distant glimpses of the sea at Whistling Bay from this traditional stone farmhouse set at the foot of a hillside and surrounded by beautiful pastureland.
Elegantly and stylishly furnished, the farmhouse has thick stone walls, an inglenook fireplace , tiny windows and pretty cottage bedrooms – traditional with a modern twist.
From the patio there are lovely views of surrounding fields and stunted ancient oak trees which on hot days shelter cows and calves.
In the summertime the hedgerows of the surrounding country lanes are thick with banks of bluebells, cow parsley and red campion - everywhere bright yellow gorse with its intoxicating musky smell.
Lleyn Peninsula Coast
Whistling Sands (NT) and the white washed little village of Aberdaron, set at the water’s edge, are both close by.
Uwchmynydd (Above the Mountain) (NT) – a heather clad headland above Aberdaron which is criss-crossed by footpaths and from where there are spectacular views of Bardsey Island, magnificent sweeping bays and tiny rocky inlets.
Walk the Lleyn Peninsula Coastal Path and enjoy the breathtaking views and bird and marine life.
In fine weather there are boat trips to Bardsey Island and around the Peninsula coast in this Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty
A truly unique environment of peace and tranquillity is yours to enjoy in this Aberdaron holiday home
