  • Absolutely fabulous sea and estuary views and with a hot tub in the front paved courtyard overlooking the water, this is a stunning architectural renovation of a traditional fisherman’s cottage.
Hot Tub & Juliet Balcony
  • The open plan living/dining/kitchen on the 1st floor has oak floorboards and floor to ceiling patio doors opening onto a terrace – a superb spot for al-fresco dining with wonderful views. A further set of French doors open onto a ‘Juliet’ balcony.
  • Furnished, equipped and decorated to the highest standards, there is under-floor heating throughout the ground floor where there 4 bedrooms, including 2 with en-suite shower rooms and a master bedroom with a 6’6” circular bed!
  • Interesting features are sprinkled throughout - exposed beams, supporting pillars, a genuine ships wheel, decorative laquered box and matching lamp and more.
Lower Town, Fishguard and Pembrokeshire Coast
  • Lower Town is a tiny quaint harbour which is now mainly used by pleasure boats but was once home to a thriving herring fishing fleet, the picturesque quayside is lined with fishermen’s cottages.
Fishguard
  • Fishguard (upper) has a good range of local amenities including interesting independent shops, bank, post office, internet cafe, supermarket, chemist, health centre, vet and filling station. Excellent local produce can be bought at the Farmers Market held every Saturday from 9 til 1 in the town hall.
Historic Pub The Ship Inn Yet y Gors Fishery, Fishguard
  • ‘The Ship Inn’ in the heart of the village is an historic pub serving ‘real ale’ – popular with locals and holiday makers alike

  • Solva Woollen Mill is one of only two remaining woollen mills in Pembrokeshire. The newly restored water wheel was admired by Prince Charles and Duchess of Cornwall during their visit in 2008. The mill specialises in flat woven floor coverings.

Each bedroom has a flat screen tv.

Living/Dining/Kitchen on 1st floor with oak floorboards, 2 sides of room with floor to ceiling glass windows.
