  • Magnificent views over the Haven and Gann Estuary from this spacious bungalow, one of a pair, on the outskirts of the unspoilt seaside village of Dale.
  • Furnished with a mixture of antique and modern pieces, the lounge has patio doors opening onto a terrace – a fabulous spot for a coffee or evening barbecue and the cosy kitchen/dining room has a wood burning stove and a floor to ceiling very well stocked bookcase.
  • Gaze at the wonderful estuary view from the sitting room comfortably furnished with pastel coloured sofa, arm chairs, occasional rocking chair with a colourful central rug.
  • Delightful dark wood dining furniture and handsome antique sideboard create a charming place to dine also with magnificent estuary views.
  • Dale has a village shop and Post Office selling fresh produce, groceries, bakery goods, newspapers, magazines and has internet facilities. More extensive shopping can be done in Haverfordwest 12 miles away. The amenities include banks, post office, library with internet facilities, supermarkets, interesting independent shops, doctor, chemist, vet and filling stations.

Dale Watersports
  • This is the far south western corner of Wales where the land is barely a mile wide. On the eastern shore is the village of Dale (one of the sunniest places in mainland Britain allegedly!) with its large sheltered bay - heaven for anyone who loves watersports.
The Griffin Inn
  • A traditional old waterside pub serving real ales and food. Most people like to carry their food and drink out onto the harbour wall or small patio aea to soak up the coastal atmosphere.
Pembrokeshire Beaches and Bird Islands
  • West Dale Beach, facing the Atlantic swell is on the west coast. This beautiful golden beach with views across to Skokholm is reached via a steep footpath – never crowded and a sun-trap in the summer – swimming can be dangerous though – lots of currents.
Red Heron Guided Walks & Rihan Wood Turners
  • Do book a guided walk with specialits in conservation on Skomer Island or the Pembrokeshire countryside. Guides are happy to tailor make the walk to suit your party.
  • Jo & Liegh Rihan are wood turners in Herbrandston. They create a range of hand turned work from light pulls and candlesticks to delicate and beautiful sculptural forms.
The Torch Theatre
  • A lively community theatre in Milford Haven with first class facilities including auditorium, cinema, gallery and cafe bar.
Marloes Beach & Clockhouse Cafe / Bar
  • Reach Marloes Sands via the NT car park and a long spectacular coastal walk. The golden sands are backed by sea cliffs, a geologists delight and there are numerous rock pools to explore. In the village of Marloes do drop inro the Clockhouse for a delicious Mediterranean style light snack, drink or delicious evening meal including locally caught fish.
Haven Link Waterbus
  • The Haven Link Waterbus operates during the summer season between Dale and Lawrenny along the Haven Waterway with several stops on route. The water bus waits one hour at each end allowing you time to look around, eat & drink before the return journey.
Nolton Haven & Riding Stables
  • The tiny waterside village of Nolton Haven has a sandy beach, a 150 year old stone chapel clinging to the cliff top (the most westerly chapel in the UK ), a pub, The Mariners where real ales and pub food are served and the East Nolton Riding stables from where you can ride across the beach or through the beautiful Pembrokeshire countryside.
Broad Haven North
  • Broad Haven north has a large almost flat sandy beach making it popular with families. It is flanked by rocks offering plenty of opportunity for rock pooling. There is a shop, a watersports hire shop, a pub The Galleon which serves food and ales and a large car park with toilets.
Master Class Surf Tuition, Newgale & Walk from Dale to Martin's Haven
  • Learn to ride the waves with expert tuition at the surfing master class in Newgale. Great fun for all the family.
  • Keen walkers will enjoy this 101/2 mile walk along wild exposed headlands punctuated by some of Pembrokeshire's finest beaches. Hail a dedicated walkers bus to take you back to your starting point.
  • There is much to enjoy near this holiday bungalow in Dale.

Kitchen/Diner fitted kitchen with integrated microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine, electric cooker, 2nd microwave and multi fuel stove. Dining table and chairs seating 6 - fabulous views.
Sitting Room with 2 seater sofa, 3 armchairs, flat screen tv/dvd and patio doors to unfenced raised terrace (care with small children please - 3' drop to front lawn) and garden.
Fuel oil central heating inclusive May- September, £35 per week outside these dates. (Solid fuel for kitchen stove FREE Nov - Mar)
Grounds front sloping lawn (17 steps to front door), side lawn.
Parking driveway parking for 2 cars – please note this drive-way access is quite steep and foot access to the bungalow is across the side lawn.
