  • Portmeirion, the beautiful Italianate village and gardens designed by Sir Clough-Williams Ellis (1mile) and the RSPB Glaslyn River’s Osprey viewing centre are both only a five minute drive away from this delightful property.
  • Classical and elegant, comfortable and cosy, the lounge area has an inglenook fireplace, comfortable sofas with bold prints. The cream and white kitchen has French doors opening out on to the decking area - lovely views of the hillsides above Harlech.
  • The elegant bedrooms are beautifully appointed to the highest standards, the bathroom is dramatically decorated in charcoal and white and there is a separate shower room.
Harlech, Borth y Gest, Criccieth
  • The cottage is central for the lovely beaches of Harlech, the tiny coves of Borthygest and the 2 Blue Flag beaches of Criccieth.
RSPB Glaslyn Osprey Project &
  • Glaslyn Osprey Project, in the midst of stunning scenery, has widescreen plasma monitors which broadcast live images and sound directly from the nest (March – September) of the only breeding pair of Ospreys in Wales.

Shower Room with corner shower cubicle, toilet and washbasin both on1st floor.
Kitchen luxury fully fitted units with dishwasher, microwave, split level electric double oven and electric hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, table and chairs seating 6. Patio doors on to decking area.
Lounge with large inglenook, 2 x two seater sofas, 2 easy chairs, Freeview tv/dvd, cd, radio, lots of lovely pictures, archway to kitchen.

Grounds decking area on balcony off kitchen with wooden dining table and chairs seating 4, 15 steps down to lower garden with garden seat, enclosed at rear of property.
Fuel gas central heating May – September £15 per week, outside these dates £30 per week, starter pack of logs.
Parking for 2 cars (entrance/exit is off main road, turning area for 1 car only (please take care – reversing onto a main road is illegal)
