4 bedrooms, all with en suite facilities, sleeping an absolute maximum of 8 adults and 2 small children under 10 years of age.
Master bedroom, 1 twin on ground floor, 1 double, 1 twin on first floor. Each double bedroom also has a full sized single bed. Stairgate.
Bedlinen provided.
Kitchen electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, automatic washing machine, tumble drier. Walk-in drying room.
Sun Room/Lounge/Dining Area panoramic views of beach, coastline and islands. Enclosed wood burning stove, very comfortable chesterfield suite, colour TV, dining suite, highchair. (No cot provided) Payphone.
Grounds small sloping garden.
Ample parking 10 steps down to property and 2 steps up to front door.
Fuel electricity and electric fires inclusive May to September. Full central heating and wood burning stove Sept to end of April @ £40 per week or £25 per WSB payable to owner on arrival. NB. outside these dates available only if requested with the owner in advance of arrival date.
