Criccieth holiday home with breathtaking panoramic views
Soak up the views of the stunningly beautiful beach, bay and mountains from the large balcony decking at the back of this completely refurbished end of terrace property. Set on the hillside just below the romantic ruined castle, there are 2 lovely stylish sitting rooms both with exposed stone work along the gable walls. There is a snug winter sitting room with woodburner and large, squashy comfortable sofas and a light and airy summer sitting room dominated by a huge picture window from where to enjoy the wonderful sea views. On the first floor are 3 cosy bedrooms and a stylish modern bathroom with French doors leading out onto the large decking – absolutely perfect for eating out on or relaxing and enjoying the views across the bay to Harlech Castle and the Ardudwy mountains.
Criccieth and Coastal Path, Beaches & Cadwaller's Ice-Cream Parlour
Located in the centre of Criccieth there is lots within walking distance, 2 lovely beaches, excellent shops and restaurants, bank, internet cafe, chemist, supermarket, post office, filing station and health centre - do sample the famous Cadwalladers ice cream a few doors away.
Walk from Y Lon Goed & Lloyd George Museum
The Coastal Path can be joined at Criccieth this section goes inland through one of the areas prime features ‘Y Lon Goed’ - an oak lined avenue much celebrated in Welsh poetry. Include in this walk a visit to the Lloyd George Museum at Llanystundwy and visit his grave romantically situated on the wooded river bank.
Portmeirion & Ffestiniog Narrow Gauge Railway
Nearby is the famous Italian style village of Portmeirion designed by Sir Clough Williams-Ellis and the Ffestiniog Narrow Gauge Railway at Porthmadog. The Welsh Highland Railway cuts a swath through the Snowdonia National Park from Caernarfon to Beddgelert with the final leg joining the Ffestiniog Railway at Porthmadog harbour in Spring 2010.
Hafod Eryri & Snowdon & Welsh Castles
Hafod Eryri is the new Visitors Centre and Café on the summit of Snowdon - take a leisurely train ride up to the summit for those who don’t fancy the 8 mile climb for a cream tea! There are no fewer than four magnificent castles to visit within easy reach of Ael y Mor - Beaumaris, Caernarfon, Criccieth and Harlech.
Shell Island & Beachcombing
Shell Island between Harlech and Barmouth is a wonderful beachcombing area, particularly after severe storms when an abundance of shells are washed up onto the beach.

Locally caught seafood is a speciality at this Criccieth restaurant with English and French cuisine. Shore Fishing at Llanbedrog yields bass, flounder, dog fish and bream caught on low tide.

Kitchen fully fitted galley style with split level electric oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine.
Utility Room central heating boiler and fridge.
Winter Lounge exposed stone work with multifuel burner, 1 x 3 seater and 1 x 2 seater sofas, Freeview tv, radio, dining table seating 5 plus bench.
Summer Lounge exposed stone work, large picture window, 2 very large
