Welsh Family Farmhouse
Lovely Welsh farmhouse set in the countryside above Caernarfon with views of the Menai Straits and Snowdon - perfect for people with children - it sleeps 12 and could easily accommodate 2 families - Wi-Fi internett acess available Full of period charm and with quality furnishings throughout, the delightful dining room has a large farmhouse table seating 12 and a Welsh dresser. The main living room has a very large inglenook fireplace (dated 1812) and French windows open into the conservatory which has a bar football table and board games. The owners live independently in the grounds and have made great efforts to ensure memorable holidays for their guests.
Snowdonia/North Wales
A friendly village inn, with its much acclaimed restaurant, is within a mile walk and 1/2 mile away is a disused railway track, now an excellent cycle path. Ideally situated for the beaches of the Lleyn Peninsula and Anglesey and only 5 miles from the centre of Snowdonia. Plas Menai Watersport and Mountaineering Centre offering sailing, scuba diving etc. is just 4 miles away. Narrow gauge railway runs from Dinas 1 mile away, to Caernarfon with its truly majestic castle, shops, restaurants and pubs. Steam trains also at Llanberis and Porthmadog. Activities for all ages near to this Welsh farmhouse.

5 bedrooms sleeping a maximum of 12, plus cot. 1 small twin on ground floor. 1 twin, 1 double, 1 bunk and 1 family room with a double and bunk beds - on 1st floor. Stairgate.
Bedlinen provided.
Bathroom with full suite and shower; plus separate toilet.
Cloakroom with Victoriana sink and toilet on ground floor.
Kitchen traditional style fully fitted with electric cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher. Automatic washing machine and tumble drier (which are metered).
Dining Room pine dining suite, seating 12, pine dresser. Highchair
Lounge with exposed inglenook fireplace (in use), two full lounge suites, digital tv.
