- Full of period charm with a very large inglenook fireplace (dated 1812) in the lounge and quality furnishings throughout.
- French windows open from the lounge into the conservatory which has a bar football table and board games and the delightful dining room has a Welsh dresser and a large dining table.
- The owners live independently in the grounds and have made great efforts to ensure memorable holidays for their guests.
- Caernarfon has a range of amenities including banks, post office, library with internet access, supermarkets, filling station, chemist, doctor, vet and interesting independent shops. Caernarfon market is held every Saturday morning in Castle Square.
Snowdonia/North Wales, Village Inn & Cycle Path
- A friendly village inn, The Newborough Arms serving food and real ales, is within a mile walk of this north Wales farmhouse.
- 1/2 mile away is a disused railway track, now an excellent cycle path.
Lleyn Peninsula & Plas Menai Watersports & Mountaineering Centre
- Ideally situated for the beaches of the Lleyn Peninsula and Anglesey and only 5 miles from the centre of Snowdonia.

Narrow gauge railway near Snowdon farmhouse
- Narrow gauge railway runs from Dinas 1 mile away, to Caernarfon with its truly majestic castle, shops, restaurants and pubs. Steam trains also at Llanberis and Porthmadog.

5 Bedrooms sleeping a maximum of 12, plus cot. 1 small twin on ground floor. 1 twin, 1 double, 1 bunk and 1 family room with a double and bunk beds - on 1st floor. Stairgate.

Bathroom with full suite and shower; plus separate toilet.
Cloakroom with Victoriana sink and toilet on ground floor.
Kitchen traditional style fully fitted with electric cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer (which are metered).
