5 Bedrooms sleeping a maximum of 12, plus cot. 1 small twin on ground floor. 1 twin, 1 double, 1 bunk and 1 family room with a double and bunk beds - on 1st floor. Stairgate.

Bathroom with full suite and shower; plus separate toilet.
Cloakroom with Victoriana sink and toilet on ground floor.
Kitchen traditional style fully fitted with electric cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher. Automatic washing machine and tumble dryer (which are metered).
