A cosy, little cottage set in a quiet back street below Newport’s Church. Sit in the garden (or in bed) and enjoy the view beyond the Church to Carn Ingli (Hill of the Angels) - a magical place for walks with wonderful panoramic views.

No need for a car to explore the delights of this pretty bustling village – local art and crafts, antique shop, grocer’s shop, pubs and ‘Cnapan’ restaurant, featured in many good food guides. Walkers will enjoy the Gwaun Valley waterfall path – why not round it off with a visit to Bessie’s ‘Dyffryn Arms’ where real ale is served from the cask. Beaches to visit, the Coast Path to walk, pony trekking and a links golf course with stunning views across the bay – whatever your tastes they are sure to be catered for in this friendly area.
