4 Bedrooms sleeping a maximum of 8, plus cot. 2 doubles, 2 twins all on 1st floor. (2 bedrooms have washbasins).
Bedlinen provided. Towels at extra charge.
Bathroom with full suite and shower unit on first floor.
Shower Room with washbasin and toilet on ground floor.
Kitchen overlooking childrens play area with fitted units and Rayburn cooker for colder months. Electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine. Table and chairs to seat 8, Highchair.
Two Sitting Rooms with views over garden and farmland. Attractive closed Victorian stone fireplaces (not in use). Electric stove heater in main sitting room. Free satellite tv/dvd, hifi.
Fuel storage heaters and electricity inclusive June, July and August, £30 per week outside these dates.
