A modern house, skilfully designed to take full advantage of its elevated position, the lounge/diner is on the 1st floor with superb panoramic views over sea and land to Snowdon through floor to ceiling windows with patio doors opening onto a large balcony. With kitchen and main bedroom also on the 1st floor the house is equally suited to a break for two as to a family holiday. Within easy walking distance is a safe beach with miles of golden sands - a beach hut is available separately to rent - an 18 hole golf course and an excellent restaurant at Porth Tocyn Hotel. Swimming, sailboarding, surfing, sailing, fishing, water skiing and horse riding are all nearby. Wonderful walks over fields, headlands and on the beach straight from the house.

Snowdonia National Park and the whole of the Lleyn Peninsula are on your doorstep - castles, slate mines, steam railways, Portmeirion village, Bardsey Island, Lleyn Coastal Path - don't miss the views from Wales' "Lands End" near Aberdaron.
