Fishing off the property walls or off the old jetty, launching facilities 200 yds, floating pontoon 50 yds.
Neyland 21/2 miles away has 2 supermarkets, one with a post office and a cash dispensing facility, traditional family run butcher, chemist, doctor and filling station with an ATM (charges apply)

South Pembrokeshire

Centrally located for exploring either North or South Pembrokeshire - within 20 mins motoring are the sandy beaches of South Pembrokeshire, St Brides Bay or the Dale and Marloes Peninsula.

The Cleddau River & Burton Ferry

Almost 30 miles of deserted waterways to explore for the boating enthusiasts, boat trips, fishing trips and excursions to the bird sanctuary islands offshore.
A water sports club operates at Burton Ferry with launching facilities and water sports tuition is available at Burton, Dale and Pembroke.

Stackpole Quay (NT) & Barafundle Beach

Stackpole Quay (NT) is a beautiful tiny harbour on the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path. Enjoy a drink and a delicious snack in the nearby Boathouse and walk on to Barafundle Beach once voted one of Britain's top 10 beaches.

Bosherston Lily Ponds

A delightful woodland walk beside the ponds, a joy when the hundreds of lilies are in blossom. The walk opens out onto the unexpected and splendid Broad Haven Beach guarded by Church Rock. Remember your bathing costume you are sure to be tempted by the crystal clear water.

Castlemartin Peninsula & Flying Boat Centre Pembroke Dock

This part of the Pembrokeshire coast is composed of dramatic limestone cliffs hugely popular with climbers and walkers.
The Flying Boat Centre is dedicated to recovering the world's only Mark 1 Sunderland which currently lies on the sea bed of the Milford Haven Waterway. Manned by volunteers the centre exhibits photographs, uniforms, displays, artefacts and memorabillia as well as interactive items for children to enjoy.

Carew, Castle & Tidal Mill

Take a stroll around the fascinating little village of Carew with its magnificent medieval castle, restored tidal mill, ancient Celtic cross and family friendly Carew Inn serving good homemade food and real ales.

Cycle the Brunel Cycle Trail, Neyland Marina

14 miles on mostlty flat railway path through a nature reserve and beside the river Cleddau for part of the way. An ideal family trip out.

Walk from Dale to Martin's Haven & BP Karting, Haverfordwest

Keen wakers will enjoy this 10 1/2 mile walk over wild and exposed headlands puntuated by some of Pembrokeshire's finest beaches.
