Cloakroom downstairs with toilet and washbasin.
Kitchen with double electric oven with gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher. Dining table seating 8 plus high chair.
Utility Room sink, automatic washing machine, tumble drier.
Lounge multi fuel stove. 2 three seater sofas, arm chair, tv/video/dvd and hi-fi.   Patio doors leading to
Conservatory at rear with three seater cane sofa, 2 arm chairs, table with seating for 6, views over garden.
Retreat/playroom with easy chairs, books, games etc.
Grounds extensive enclosed garden, lots of space for children to play. Barbecue and garden furniture.
Fuel gas central heating and electricity inclusive May - Sept. £35 per week outside these dates.
