Designed to serve as a home for 'house guests' and built in the grounds of the fine principal residence, The Pavilion has been furnished and equipped to the highest levels of quality, comfort and luxury.

The owners presently work and live most of the year abroad and guests are welcome to enjoy the gardens at the main house.

Heartlands/Llanidloes

Located in a part of the Heartland, hills and lakes of mid Wales that is relatively unknown with the finest unspoilt scenery and solitude - motoring is still a delight.

Fishing, golf, pony riding available in the area and there are several good restaurants locally.

Hay on Wye, the 'book town' by the Black Mountains, is well worth a day out.

Snowdonia, Powys Castle and Gardens (N.T.) and to the west the Cardigan Bay coast are all within an hours drive.

ACCOMMODATION:

2 Bedrooms sleeping a maximum of 3,
1 double, 1 single. Bedlinen provided.
Bathroom with full suite.
Cloakroom with wash basin and toilet. All on lower ground floor.
Upper ground floor:
Integral kitchen/diner/lounge a spacious open plan, luxury, fully fitted kitchen with electric oven and gas hob, fridge, dishwasher, automatic washer/drier. Table and chairs to seat 4.
Lounge area beautifully appointed with two comfortable couches, tv, patio doors out to small balcony. Views towards rolling hills.
Lower ground floor ‘Retreat’ has patio doors to garden level and writing desk and chair for those wishing to escape.
Fuel gas central heating inclusive throughout the year.
Grounds large, enclosed garden with terraces, patio and lawn, garden furniture.
Parking for 2 cars.
Welcome FREE 2 Dogs max (conditional upon owners bringing their own blankets and towels to protect the carpets).
