ACCOMMODATION:
1 Bedroom sleeping a maximum of 3 inc folding bed. Double bedroom with unique four poster bed with built-in seat at bottom which converts into cot.
Bedlinen provided.
Bathroom with full suite and shower over bath. Large storage/linen cupboard.
Open planKitchen/Diner/Lounge country style kitchen, microwave convection oven with grill, electric hob, fridge/freezer, automatic washing machine, tumble drier, table and seating for 3, high chair.
Lounge with high beamed ceiling, woodburning stove, comfortable 3 piece suite and rocking chair, t.v., radio & cassette. Lots of reading material, games, etc.
Grounds small unenclosed garden and sitting area with garden furniture.
Ample parking.
Fuel central heating run by woodburning stove. Starter pack of logs included, additional logs available from owner at cost, immersion heater for hot water, electricity by meter reading.
