4 Bedrooms sleeping a maximum of 8 including folding bed, plus cot. 2 doubles on first floor, 1 via steep staicase, 1 via circular staircase with en-suite bathroom with Victorian bath. 1 bunk, 1 single on ground floor. All very prettily and tastefully decorated.
Bedlinen provided.
Bathroom full suite with shower over bath, on ground floor.
Kitchen/Diner a very distinctive room with beamed ceiling, stripped pine wood panel units and scrubbed pine dining table. Leisure Rangemaster cooker, microwave, Large stone fireplace with wood-burning stove.

Utility Room with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer.
Lounge a warm attractive room, high ceiling, exposed beams and massive stone fireplace with coal and wood burning stove. Wrought iron spiral staircase leading to a gallery and main bedroom.
