The magpies in your party may enjoy browsing at FE Anderson & Son Antiques in Welshpool. Stock includes candelabra, candlesticks, decorative items, early 17th - 19th C furniture, fireside items and more. Silver Scenes, Berriew Silver Scenes in Berriew give workshop tours. You can watch the quality pewter and silver plated giftware and jewellery being made.

Just a short drive away in Newtown, do treat yourselves to a night out at the theatre. There is a wide variety of entertainment from ballet to comedy and everything else in between. The theatre has a bar and a The Welshpool & Llanfair Railway Built 1903 to link farming communitiies with the market town of Welshpool now offering a scenic 16 mile return journey through beautiful Mid Wales countryside.
