This north Wales cottage is set near an imposing 18th century farmhouse on a carefully tended large working stock farm, a gentle stroll from the cottage leads to Llangian, one of the prettiest award winning villages on the Peninsula.

Porth Neigwl (Hell's Mouth) a large, beautiful bay, nearly always uncrowded even in the height of summer, is a short walk away from this north wales cottage, the tip of the Peninsula and the small, secluded beach of Porth Ysgo (N.T.) or Llanbedrog Sands, a fine National Trust beach which is home also to a very good art gallery - light lunches and teas are served in the beach side conservatory café.

Abersoch, well known for its excellent sailing and surfing facilities, 18 hole golf course and wide variety of good restaurants is close by.

Bwlch Tocyn nearby is a hotel with superb food and service - well worth a visit.

2 Bedrooms sleeping a maximum of 4 plus travel cot. 1 Double en-suite with high ceilings, exposed beams, Velox windows and fire door opening onto exterior stone steps into farmyard.
1 twin with Velox windows – views over open farmland to Hell’s Mouth. All on 1st floor.

Bathroom on ground floor. Air bath (similar to Jacuzzi) toilet, washbasin and shower cubicle.
