- Lovely old cottage, sensitively and stylishly restored to the highest standards, surrounded by quiet, unspoilt countryside.
- Thick stone walls, beamed ceilings, deep-set windows with tapestry blinds enhance the cosy atmosphere of the sitting room.
- Snowdonia and the distant Rival Mountains are the backdrop to the lawn and patio reached via french doors from the magnificent kitchen - high ceilings, handmade pine units, pine dresser and Aga.

- Abersoch, Criccieth, Morfa Nefyn and Llanbedrog - some of the best beaches in the area - are within a short drive of this traditional Welsh cottage together with a variety of restaurants, shops and pubs.

- Secluded beaches, coves and harbour villages can be discovered by driving along the Lleyn Peninsula including the last village at the very end, Aberdaron.

Boat trips and fishing trips can be arranged on the pier. There are lots of interesting shops and a choice of places to eat & drink.

Bathroom on 1st floor, Victorian style full suite with shower over bath.
Shower Room on ground floor with shower cubicle, toilet and washbasin.
Kitchen/Diner converted from a barn with stone flagged floors, Aga cooker, luxurious pine fitted units, granite worktops, split level stainless steel cooker, hob and microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher. Refectory table & chairs seating 8 plus high chair, pine dresser and French doors opening onto patio.
Utility Room washing machine and tumble dryer.
Lounge two 3 seater sofas, easy chairs, Freeview tv/video, antique corner cupboard, coffee table. Beautiful needlepoint firescreen – fireplace not in use.
Fuel oil central heating inclusive May – September, £30 per week outside these dates
