- Set at the end of a long, curving drive, this is a newly renovated former farmhouse a comfortable and warm home for holidays.
- Prince Charles has acquired and restored neighbouring farmhouse as his Welsh retreat. Much of the fabrics were sourced from Solva Woollen Mill in Pembrokeshire
Red Kite Feeding Centre, daily nearby
- Watch Red Kites wheeling above the valley whilst enjoying your breakfast in the large farmhouse kitchen/diner - the feeding station is 4 miles away.
- Surrounded by lovely rolling countryside grazed by sheep close to the village of Myddfai, famous for The Physicians of Myddfai and the legend of The Lady of the Lake
- A footpath by the side of the garden will lead you down to Myddfai (3/4m) or to Llandovery (3m).
National Garden of Wales
- The National Botanical Garden of Wales and Aberglasney (A Garden lost in Time) are within an easy drive as is Llyn Brianne and Usk Reservoir
- A perfect base from which to enjoy the wide variety of outdoor activities the Brecon Beacons has to offer - walking (the Black Mountain has one of the finest ridge walks in the country), rock climbing, cycling, pony trekking, fishing, golf, bird watching, gliding and many more.

- Dolaucothi Gold Mine in the village of Pumsaint was in use from Roman times to the 20th C. Take a fascinating tour of the underground workings, marvel at the exhibition on gold and try your hand at panning.

- Llandovery Heritage Centre offers an insight into the life of the drovers long ago. Find out about the local Black Ox bank as well as local legends, the railway and local history.
Heavenly Cakes & Confectionery
- Do drop in at Heavenly Cakes & Confectionery,Llandeilo. The shop was opened after years of research in the ice cream and chocolate houses of UK and Rome. Be prepared the place is an Aladdin's cave of tempting confectionery.
Ffos Llas Racecourse, Trimsaran
- Enjoy a day at the races - Ffos Llas is the first turf racecourse to be opened in the UK in the last 80 years.

Kitchen/Diner farmhouse style fitted kitchen with electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher, integrated larder fridge, Rayburn cooker, table and chairs seating 8 plus highchair.

Cloakroom with washbasin and toilet.
Lounge 2 x 3 seater sofas, 2 armchairs, tv/dvd, radio/cd, coal effect gas fire, staircase to 1st floor.

Fuel oil central heating inclusive May – September, £35 per week outside these dates
