Converted 17th Century Barn

The beautiful Nantcol Valley is the setting for this 17th century barn on an ancient farmstead overlooking wooded hillsides, rolling fields grazed by sheep and in the distance, Cardigan Bay.

Furnished and decorated in a comfortable, stylish contemporary theme - open plan on the ground floor with kitchen and sitting area - French doors open onto a patio.

The bedrooms are modern and spacious with lovely views of the spectacular countryside.

Lleyn Peninsula and Snowdonia

A ‘ waterfall’ walk nearby takes you up to a plateau from where there are spectacular views of the Bay, Lleyn Peninsula with Snowdonia behind - wonderful for picnics!

Do explore the meandering valley road which follows the stream upwards and passes old Welsh farmhouses, a Chapel and school.

Snowdon is the backdrop to Llanbedr, a timeless village on the banks of the Artro River - clear waters with otters and good fishing and Buzzards, Red Kites and the rare Ring Ouzel thrive.

Shell Island with its miles of golden sands is nearby and the small intimate bay of Llandanwg with its tiny 12th century Church tucked into the sand dunes is ideal for small children - excellent beach café.

Harlech, dominated by Edward I’ s magnificent Castle, has golden beaches and one of the finest links golf courses in Europe - Royal St Davids.

ACCOMMODATION:

2 Bedrooms sleeping a maximum of 4 plus cot. 1 with king size bed & tv, 1 twin with tv – high beamed ceilings and lovely views. Bedlinen provided.
Bathroom with bath, toilet washbasin and walk in shower. All on 1^st floor.
Toilet on ground floor.
Kitchen/Sitting Room open plan with fully fitted and well appointed country style kitchen area, electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, breakfast bar and table and chairs seating 4. Highchair. Sitting area with 3 piece suite, tv/dvd, cd.
French doors opening onto patio.
Fuel oil central heating inclusive May – September, £20 per week outside these dates.
Grounds fully enclosed garden with patio, lawn and garden furniture.
Ample parking.
Welcome FREE 2 dogs max. This is sheep country and dogs must be strictly controlled at all times.
