Master bedroom with king-size bed, dimmer lights, ensuite bathroom with bath, toilet, bidet and shower, small balcony overlooking Cardigan Bay. Double bedroom with sloping ceilings with velux window overlooking the Bay, king-size bed and en-suite shower room, both on 1st floor.

Kitchen/Dining Room luxury fully fitted kitchen with slate floor, split level electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, breakfast bar and 4 stools, dining table and chairs seating 10, highchair, patio doors to terrace and garden.
Utility Room with sink, washing machine, tumble drier, shoe rack, drying rack door to garage.
