Peaceful Cottage near Beach
  • Situated on a beautiful headland near a remote beach on the northwest coast of Anglesey.
  • A private road leads down to a quiet and unspoilt beach from Bodlasan Cottage which is adjoining, but completely independent and separate from, Bodlasan House, Ref 968.
  • Comfortable and well appointed and in a lovely location which enjoys exceptional weather conditions - often basking in the sun while mainland Wales is wreathed in clouds.

  • Snowdonia and Anglesey
  • Superb all-round views to Snowdon and the mountains of the Lleyn peninsula, the sea, Holyhead Mountain and glimpses of the Alaw Estuary a short walk away. Both this Estuary and Gogarth Bay, between the North and South Stack Cliffs are wild life havens. Puffins, Guillemots, a profusion of seabirds and even falcons can all be viewed from the RSPB Centre.
  • Nearby is the recently opened Anglesey Heritage Coastal Path so walkers can explore Anglesey’ s beautiful rugged coastline. The bay and nearby Inland Sea offer superb safe windsurfing, canoeing and sailing conditions for both novice and experienced alike.
  • Trearddur Bay, a short drive away, is a popular seaside town with large sandy beaches, clear water and safe bathing. Trearddur Bay Hotel has an excellent reputation for fine food and wines and the famous Lobster Pot Restaurant (very near Bodlasan House) is highly recommended - booking is advisable at both.
  • Holyhead has three Golf courses, and there is horseriding, fishing (both sea and freshwater), and cycling on Anglesey’ s network of rural cycle paths.
  • Why not take trip to Ireland - the ferry leaves Holyhead daily - and enjoy Dublin’ s sophisticated cafes and bars or a guided tour round James Joyce’ s Dublin?
  • Enjoy a holiday with lots to see and do nearby this peaceful cottage on a beautiful headland close to a remote beach on the northwest coast of Anglesey.
