A private staircase leads to this 1st floor apartment from the grounds which are entered through wrought iron remote controlled gates into a paved driveway with private carport parking.
The lounge has 2 x 2 seater sofas and the fitted kitchen has a breakfast table and chairs with patio doors opening onto a balcony - magnificent Haven views and side views to parkland complete with a statue of Isambard Kingdom Brunel, the founder of Neyland - the terminus for his Great Western Railway.

Relax and watch the ever changing activities on the marina, take a sea voyage to remember or stroll along the Quay to the Wild Life Reserve and enjoy a meal at the 2 quayside restaurants - The Bar and The Chandlery. The Brunel Cycle Track, part of the 220 mile Celtic Trail, runs along the foreshore and there is a bus stop adjacent.
This is the heart of Pembrokeshire and an ideal base from which to set out and explore both the rugged north and gentler south of this beautiful county.
