•  Panoramic sea views over Newport Bay, Dinas Island and Morfa Head from the garden, front bedrooms and patio.
•   Set on the slopes of Carn Ingli (Mount of Angels) this traditional mountain farmhouse has been recently renovated by the caring owners, who live in the adjoining barn conversion with furnishings, fittings and décor to a high residential standard
•  The sheltered, secluded south facing patio is a delightful spot for al fresco dining and virtually on your doorstep is a footpath onto Carn Ingli Common and Carn Ingli (almost 1000ft high) crowned with an iron age fort - wonderful walking country, and fabulous views.

•  Newport, a pretty small seaside village, has a friendly Boat Club, excellent restaurants, including Cnapan, cafes, pubs, traditional butcher, Natural Health Care Centre & Herbal Dispensary, galleries and grocery store.
•  For beach lovers there is the long stretch of Newport Beach, the smaller Parrog Beach on the estuary and Aberhigian, a shingle beach 20mins walk along the Coastal Path.
•  Why not celebrate Spring in Newport and join in the annual Walking/Cycling/Running Festival held in early May enquiries@newportbayspringfestival.com.
•  Lots of other activities nearby - a splended links golf course, sailing, kayaking, horse riding with treks onto Carn Ingli or through the mysterious wooded Gwaun Valley to the renowned pub - Bessie’ s.
•  Do visit Nevern - a magical place - St Brynach’ s Church with ‘ bleeding yews’ , motte and bailey castle, riverside inn (The Trewern Arms), ancient stone bridge and pretty cottages within an easy drive of this Newport holiday cottage with panoramic sea views.

4 Bedrooms sleeping 8 plus cot. 2 double bedrooms, both with sea views, 1 bunk bedded room on 1^st floor, spiral staircase from landing to airy loft bedroom with low double bed, sloping ceilings (restricted headroom) and lovely views across Newport Bay from Velux windows. 
Bedlinen provided.
Bathroom on 1^st floor with toilet, washbasin, bath with shower over.
Cloakroom on ground floor with toilet and washbasin.
Kitchen 4 oven Aga, luxury fitted kitchen with microwave, larder fridge, freezer, butlers sink, breakfast table and chairs seating 6.  Highchair.  Door to rear patio.
Utility Room washing machine, tumble drier, fridge/freezer and sink.
Lounge/Dining Room spacious room with woodburning stove, 3 comfortable sofas seating 8, Sky tv/dvd/video, cd/radio, iPod with Bose sound deck, dining table seating 8. Doors to front and back patios.
Heating underfloor heating throughout the cottage inclusive May – September, £30 per week outside these dates. Starter pack of logs.
Grounds, rear secluded private patio with low wall and lawn with garden furniture, nb: very small stream runs across the top of rear lawn, care with small children please. Front patio, surrounded by low stone wall, garden furniture (spectacular sea and sunset views) Adjacent paddock, shared with the owners, with a small seating area - magnificent views of Dinas Island.
