Lleyn Peninsula holiday home.
  • Modern, stylishly furnished home with cream leather sofas, oak floors, long dining table with leather upholstered chairs.
  • Cream/white and blue décor in the light and airy kitchen/dining/sitting room create a contemporary atmosphere in this 19th century house which was derelict and has been completely re-built using the original stones.
  • Fabulous views of Snowdonia.
  • French doors lead out onto a front patio surrounded by lawns overlooking paddocks and woodland and large oak trees shade the rear garden - complete seclusion and privacy with fabulous views of Snowdonia.
  • A short walk away down a country lane through lovely surrounding countryside is a rare example of a complete, untouched medieval house - no fireplace and the smoke from the fire would have escaped through the hole in the roof - very sooty!
  • Lleyn Peninsula, Abererch Beach, Criccieth and Abersoch
    • Abererch Beach is 2 miles away and the wetlands behind are home to ringed plover and otters.
    • Criccieth is a short drive away - a pretty seaside town with 2 lovely beaches overlooked by its small ruined castle - interesting shops, restaurants and tea rooms and the ever popular Abersoch is also nearby - lovely seating areas from which to enjoy the bay, yachts and beautiful houses
Explore fascinating villages and coastal walks
    • The Coastal Path runs from beyond Abersoch and can be used as a circular walk skirting Porth Ceiriad (Hell’ s Mouth) and inland through beautiful country lanes - not to be missed are the villages of Llanengan and Llangian.
    • Portmeirion, the Italianite village, the Ffestiniog Mountain Railway and 3 golf courses are all within an easy drive of this delightful house.
    Gateway to the Lleyn Peninsula
    • A lovely base from which to enjoy this unspoilt landscape and a coastline with over 20 beaches, coves, harbours and several marinas to explore all within easy reach of this Lleyn Peninsula holiday home.
