  • Do visit the fascinating little Museum of Speed in Pendine. Explore the history of Pendine's sands as a race venue and see Babs the car in which Parry Thomas made his fatal attemot at the world land speed record in 1927. The car was dug out of the sands in 1969 and restored to its former glory.
Carmarthen
