1 Bedroom sleeping a maximum of 3 including folding bed. Double bedroom with unique four poster bed with built-in seat at bottom which converts into cot.

Bedlinen & towels provided.

Bathroom with full suite and shower over bath. Large storage/linen cupboard.

Kitchen/Diner/Lounge open plan with country style kitchen, microwave convection oven with grill, electric hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, table and seating for 3, high chair.

Lounge with high beamed ceiling, woodburning stove, comfortable 3 piece suite and rocking chair, tv,dvd, radio/cassette. Lots of reading material, games, etc.

Fuel central heating run by woodburning stove. Starter pack of logs included, additional logs available from owner at cost, immersion heater for hot water, electricity by meter reading.

Tastefully furnished in a comfortable cottage style with some original items designed and made by the owner, who lives nearby, to an extremely high standard of craftsmanship.

The charming beamed sitting room with log burning stove, comfortable leather furniture with colourful cushions, cottage windows and pine occasional furniture invites relaxation.

The bedroom has a four poster bed with integral seat at the foot. Latch doors, exposed beams and cottage windows add to the charm.

Magnificent panoramic views over the Taf Valley and South Pembrokeshire towards the coast, with a glimpse of Gower Peninsula in the distance.

A short stroll along the lane takes you to a children's play area with swings and slides and a 3 acre field behind this mountain cottage - just perfect for walking the dog, bird watching or simply doing nothing more than relaxing and enjoying the peace and quiet surrounded by glorious scenery.

Teifi Valley Railway

Climb aboard at Henllan, pay once and ride all day on this narrow gauge railway. There is a woodland path alongside the railway as far as Pontprenshitw. Passengers can walk to the waterfalls and signal the driver when ready to reboard the train.
