3 Bedrooms sleeping maximum of 6, plus cot. Master with King size bed & flatscreen tv with Sky, 1 double, 1 twin with flat screen tv with Sky,video.
Bathroom near master bedroom with bath, toilet, washbasin.
Shower Room near twin and double bedrooms with walk in shower cubicle, toilet and washbasin. All on ground floor
Kitchen country style fitted units with gas cooker, microwave, fridge with icebox, dishwasher, fridge/freezer in cupboard opposite bathroom Large pine table under window with window seat and chairs seating 6. Highchair. Washing machine and tumble dryer in green barn at side of house.
Sitting Room inglenook fireplace, large couch with tapestry cushions, 2 wing chairs, flatscreen tv with Sky, video, cd/cassette player. French doors leading into:
Conservatory with antique bench, tapestry cushions, wicker chair, table.
Fuel night storage heaters, fan heaters in bathroom inclusive May - September, £30 per week outside these dates. Starter pack of coal and logs supplied October - April.
Grounds medium size enclosed garden (please note toddlers must be supervised) on several levels with steps, patio, lawns, mature borders, garden furniture, barbecue & gas barbecue - breathtaking views.

- Stunning coastal views - a location to be relished with breathtaking views (fabulous sunrises and sunsets) across rolling farmland to the bay and 2 tiny islets.
- The small village of Aberdaron is minutes drive away - white washed cottages, pubs, cafes and shops. Visit the ancient church on the headland and enjoy the lovely sandy beach. Nearby for good food is Pen Bryn Bach Restaurant (booking advisable).
- Abersoch 12 miles away has a bank, a village shop, Spar supermarket and a chemist. More extensive shopping can be done in Pwllheli 17 miles away.
- Escape the stresses and strains of modern living and enjoy a relaxing holiday in this beautifully restored cottage (on several levels) with a Mediterranean ambience.
- The warm cosy sitting room has a large inglenook fireplace, there are magnificent views from the small conservatory and off the main sitting room is a beautiful bedroom - all the bedrooms are stunning and stylishly furnished with superb views of the bay and tiny islands.
- The energetic members of your party will love Lleyn Adventure Activities for all ages such as coasteering, canyoning,climbing, abseiling and more all with the guidance of experienced instructors.
- The three magnificent castles of Harlech, Criccieth and Caernarfon are all within easy distance. They were built by Edward 1 as part of his ring of steel intended to subdue the Welsh. They are each well worth a visit.
- Oriel Glyn y Weddw at Llanbedrog is a thriving arts centre with its own print and picture collection and important Welsh porcelain. New exhibitions are held throughout the year.with excellent elegant tea room
- A haven for nature lovers where only 18 people live. Enlli Sea Safaris run trips to the island from Pwllheli and Porth Meudwy to see historic Abbey ruins, the Bird Observatory and a wide variety of flora and forna.
- Glasfryn Parc Ten Pin Bowling at Pwllheli is good family fun. There are 8 lanes, a fully licensed bar and a dining area.
- so called because of the fabulous huge rolling waves that crash onto the beach in certain wind conditions. A popular place for surfers and thrilling for spectators. Wonderful for beach combing too. Hunt for treasures washed in by the sea.
- and Yes! They do whistle - something to do with the unique shape of the grains of sand causing them to whistle as the breeze blows across them.
- Arguably the most beautiful beach in the area only accessed by walking and well worth every step! Sand, shingle, surf and sun!
- This unique narrow gauge railway runs from Porthmadog to Blaenau Ffestiniog. Time your journey to allow time to visit the fascinating Lechwedd Slate Caverns where you can take an underground tour, visit the old sweet shop and have a pint in the Miner's Arms.
- Twnti Seafood Restaurant in Rhyd y Clafdy is an 20 year old business specialising in fresh fish, local crabs and lobster. Book to avoid disappointment.
- The Sun is an inviting pub with open fire, beer garden & patio. Real ales and traditional pub food are available. Dogs are welcome in the bar.
- Bodnant is a world famous garden with botanical collection, laburnum arch and garden shop selling garden and household accessories as well as plants.
- A thrilling day out for the whole family. Choose from ten pin bowling, fishing, wakeboarding, karting, kids zone and more. There are two restaurants and a farm shop stocked with delicious local produce.
