Kitchen fitted kitchen with cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher.

Lounge/Diner with dining suite for 8, two sofas, a number of easy chairs, satellite tv/video/dvd and hi fi. Patio doors - leading to sun-trap patio. This room displays architectural features cleverly incorporated to maximise the impact of the coastal views, cliffs and seascapes. Highchair.

Grounds A dozen external steps lead to main level. Enclosed with sloping lawn, patio and patio furniture.
