3 Bedrooms sleeping a maximum of 6 plus cot. Master en-suite (shower cubicle, washbasin, toilet) with double bed, tv/dvd, 1 double and 1 twin.

Bedlinen provided.

Bathroom with corner bath, toilet and washbasin.

Kitchen fitted kitchen with split level cooker with electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer.

Lounge/Dining Room spacious room with comfortable seating for 6, tv/dvd picture window with glimpses of the sea. Dining table seating 6. Highchair. Patio doors to small conservatory;

Fuel gas central heating inclusive May - September, £35 per week outside these dates.

Grounds front raised lawn, rear terraced garden and patio on 3 levels – 4 steps to patio with patio table and chairs, 5 steps to lawn and 9 steps to large decked area at rear with patio table and chairs. Please note the front door is approached via a steep, sloping drive.

Parking for 2 cars, plus on road parking.

At low tide you can stroll across golden sands to the small village of Amroth with its Blue Flag beach and secluded Monkstone Point Beach.
  • Local amenities include bank, post office, library with internet access, Spar supermarket, butchers, farm shop, wine shop, pubs, restaurants, fuel station (in Pentlepoir), chemist and doctor.

  • Monkston Point is a good place to bag bass but take care not to get cut off by the tide. A 2lb bass takes 30 minutes in a hot oven. Just lay on a bed of fresh herbs, sliced onions & seasoning in a buttered pan, pour over 1/2 pint of white wine . Cover and cook. Serve with the remaining white wine chilled. Delicious!
