4 Bedrooms sleeping a maximum of 4 adults and 2 children.

2 doubles on ground floor and 2 single children’s bedrooms under eaves

Bathroom with bath, toilet, washbasin and shower cubicle.

Kitchen small and pretty with wall cupboards, small cream dresser, electric cooker, microwave, fridge with ice box, washing machine.

Dining Room dining suite seating 6, antique pine sideboard, high chair

Sitting Room 1 x 3 seater leather sofa and leather easy chair, Sky tv/dvd, wooden rocking chair, antique sideboard, antique chest, multifuel stove.

Fuel electric storage heaters inclusive, starter pack of coal and logs (no heating in the eaves but a convector heater can be supplied if required)

Grounds small with paved patio area edged with flowery borders, garden furniture, gas barbecue.

Care with toddlers and small children please. The gate at the rear of the cottage must be kept closed as there is a stream nearby and also the front area is not enclosed and as it is near to the road (which is a quiet country lane) vigilance is required.

Parking for 2 cars

Sorry, no Dogs and no smoking indoors please.

Small cottage near Pwllheli on the beautiful Lleyn Peninsula

  • Small modest holiday cottage furnished with style - lots of rustic pine furniture and two pretty bedrooms on the ground floor with Victorian bedsteads.
  • Cosy and comfortable with thick stone walls, tiny windows and a woodburning stove – children will love climbing the narrow stairs to their own little world in the bedrooms under the eaves!
  • A pretty dining suite seats 4 on antique church chairs around a circular table overlooking the courtyard.

  • The patio area, surrounded by pretty borders of lavender, honeysuckle and climbing roses, has views across to Llannor Church (do look for the 6th Century inscribed stone in the porch) and is ideal for al fresco dining.
