2 Bedrooms sleeping a maximum of 4 plus large travel cot on request. 1 double, 1 twin, both south facing on 1st floor.

Bedlinen provided.

Bathroom with full suite including large shower bath on 1st floor.

Kitchen fitted units with electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with ice box, washing machine.

Lounge/Diner sofa and easy chairs, tv/video, dining table and chairs to seat 4, multifuel/log burning stove. Narrow steep cottage style staircase to 1st floor

Grounds enclosed, sheltered garden with brick built barbecue, garden furniture.

Roadside parking for one car only (additional parking 50 yards if required).

Fuel oil fired central heating and electricity inclusive May to Sept. Outside these dates £30 per week.

No smoking indoors please.

Enjoy preparing meals in the efficient fully fitted galley style kitchen or when the weather allows cook on the barbeque and eat al fresco in the delightful sheltered south and west facing garden.

Rest and relax in the charming cottage bedrooms with white painted wooden ceilings, comfortable furnishings and pleasing decor.

Solva, Pembrokeshire

Solva's busy village shop, post office & newsagent, Bayview Stores, sells papers, groceries, angling supplies and offers a delivery service within the Solva area. There is also a choice of excellent places to eat and drink in the village - cafes, pubs and restaurants. Further local amenities can be found in St Davids just 3 miles away.

Solva's fine harbour, small beach and coastal walks around St Brides Bay are just an invigorating walk or 3 minute drive away.
