Accommodation Details:

4 Bedrooms sleeping a maximum of 7. 1 twin and 1 single on 1st floor, 1 double en-suite (bath, toilet and washbasin), 1 twin en-suite (bath with power shower over, toilet and washbasin) on 2nd floor (accessed by stairs from the Morning Room - please note both these bedrooms and bathrooms are attractively tucked under the eaves with sloping ceilings (restricted headroom) and Velux windows with distant views of Ramsey Island and the coast.

Bedlinen & Towels provided.

Bathroom (step down) on 1st floor with under-floor heating, large bath (6’6” long) with power shower over, washbasin and toilet.

Drawing Room on 1st floor with magnificent views over the Cathedral, comfortable seating for 7, digital tv/dvd, coal effect electric fire.

Morning Room on 1st floor with French doors to garden. Occasional comfortable seating and lots of books. Staircase to 2nd floor.

Kitchen/Diner on ground floor with oak fitted kitchen, electric double oven, gas hob, pantry with microwave, small chest freezer, larder fridge and dishwasher. Stable doors opening onto stone steps (10) leading up to patio and small sunny, sheltered walled garden on 2 levels. Step down to dining area with Refectory table seating 7, highchair, antique fireplace (not in use) radio/cd, Welsh dresser

Cloakroom/Utility Room on ground floor with Belfast sink, toilet, washing machine, tumble dryer, hanging rack for drying..

Family Sitting Room on ground floor with 2 sofas, Freeview digital tv,video,/dvd, views of medieval Gate House and Bell Tower.

Grounds small, unenclosed paved patio at front of house with seating and fine views. Small, sunny sheltered rear walled garden with patio and outdoor furniture.

  • This lovely period house, a listed building, is in the conservation area of St Davids Cathedral, adjacent to the medieval Gate House and Bell Tower.
