3 Bedrooms sleeping a maximum of 6, plus travel cot. Double with en-suite shower room (shower, toilet and washbasin) on ground floor, 2 twins on 1st floor.
Towels & tea-towels provided.
Bathroom on 1st floor - bath with hand-held shower, toilet and washbasin.

Sitting Room/Dining/Kitchen: open plan with woodburning stove in stone fireplace, 3 piece suite, tv/dvd, cd/radio, stairs to 1st floor, Regency style dining table seating 6, luxury fully fitted kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher.
Outside Shed: washing machine, tumble dryer.
Fuel electric storage heaters, fan heater, logs for woodburner inclusive May – September £20 per week outside these dates.

- An interesting and tastefully renovated Welsh hillside cottage with views of Anglesey, Caernarfon Castle, Menai Strait, Lleyn Peninsula and on a clear day even the Wicklow Mountains in Ireland!
- Open plan sitting/dining /kitchen - spacious, stylish and comfortable with a woodburning stove in a stone corner fireplace, Regency style dining table, luxury fitted kitchen and a ground floor en-suite double bedroom.
- The patio, with its stylish table and chairs, is ideal for soaking up the sun and enjoying spectacular panoramic views.
- Caernarfon 4 miles away has a range of amenities including bank, post office, library with internet access, supermarkets, filling station, chemist, doctor, vet and interesting individual shops. A market is held in Castle Square every Saturday morning.
- Last minute short breaks are possible at Beech Tree Cottage. Please phone for availability and price.
- In the heart of Snowdonia, this is a wonderful base from which to set out and explore the stunning local scenery and from the hilltop above the cottage there are breathtaking views of Llanberis Lake and the surrounding hills and mountains.
- Long and standard casting at low tide at Aberdesach Beach yields coalfish, whiting, flounder and dabs. Good luck.
- Enjoy a day out on the sea with Go Angling Fishing Charters. You will fish over reefs, banks or wrecks around the Anglesey coastline.
- The Mountain Paragliding Centre is the only full time paragliding school in Snowdonia with dedicated teaching facilities.
- The name Beaumaris is derived from the French for beautiful marsh - le beau marais. This picturesque, historic, ancient, market town on the Menai Strait has a medieval castle, Victorian pier, gaol and court house as well as streets full of interesting shops, restaurants and pubs. It is popular with boating enthusiasts (plans have been approved for a marina to built here) and there are two golf courses.
- Caernarfon with its castle (World Heritage Site), narrow Georgian streets with lots of interesting shops and eateries - do try Molly’ s and a boat trip from the harbour along the beautiful Menai Straits is sure to please.
- The Welsh Highland Railway is nearby as is Llanberis with the Welsh Slate Museum, Electric Mountain and the Snowdon Mountain Railway terminus.
- For beach lovers Anglesey’ s beautiful coastline is a short drive - popular Cemaes Bay, Red Wharf Bay and Newborough Warren Beach on the west side - a National Nature Reserve with 1,566 acres of dunes, coast and forest - ideal for walking or just relaxing on the beach!
