Llandrillo is a pretty village situated on the B4401 between Bala and Corwen and 15 miles from Llangollen surrounded by rich pastures and open countryside. Old St Trillo's Church stands on an even older religious site beside the river Ceidiog as it flows through the centre. An 18th century listed stone bridge and a more modern footbridge span the river giving easy access to local amenities. The post office and telephone box are both listed buildings. There are several excellent places to eat and drink, a bowling green, antiques shop and a children's playground. Llandrillo is a charming base from which to explore North Wales.
