About Nefyn Bay
Stylish, large detached Nefyn holiday house with wifi close to Nefyn beach on the beautiful Lleyn Peninsula
    • Nefyn Bay is a gorgeous large detached house less than 5 minute walk from lovely Nefyn beach and Coastal Path.
    • Effortlessly stylish with beautifully furnished interiors, there is a gentle nautical theme which pervades throughout. The owners have gone to great lengths to create a ‘home from home’ that is both cosy and tranquil.
    • The large smart living room has a wood burning stove incorporated into the wall and huge L shaped couch for cosy nights in.
    • The open kitchen and dining room area is well-equipped, elegant and stylish. The fabulous kitchen is a perfect setting for the domestic god or goddess within.
    • There are four 1st floor bedrooms at Nefyn Bay which can accommodate 8 guests very comfortably.
    • After a day at the beach, relax on the well-tended lawn with planted border. The patio area provides the perfect setting for meals in the sun and an outside shower means you are all set for freshening up after a surf/boogie board session on the beach.
    • A 'Just for Two' rate applies outside of peak holidays.
    Nefyn Beach & Coastal Path
    • Less than 5 minutes walk brings you to the popular lovely beach of Nefyn - a safe haven for children to enjoy with pretty beach huts to admire.
    • Join the Coastal Path and enjoy the dramatic cliff top views before descending to Morfa Nefyn beach and the popular ancient smugglers' cove of Porthdinllaen (NT).
    • Porthdinllaen is the stunning location for the famous ‘Ty Coch’ pub, voted the 3rd most popular beach bar in the world! There is a terrific atmosphere in high season and in the spring and autumn months it is quiet and peaceful. Enjoy a pint while sitting on the pub wall dipping your feet in the water – just perfect!
Cwrw Llyn (Local Micro Brewery) Parc Eithin, Nefyn
    • Enjoy a fascinating brewery tour, taste delicious ales and learn how this micro brewery has developed steadily since its start 2011. A variety of ales and exclusive Welsh 'Peint Glasses' are available to buy in the brewery shop. The brewery shop and tap room are open (free entry) and guided tours are available (please book) 12-5 Mon- Sat.

     Nefyn Golf Club

    • Just above the beach is this popular course, its clifftop location and dramatic views enhancing the enjoyment of a round or two. Nefyn Golf Club offers a quirky, challenging course and is a must for any serious golfer – it is probably the most photographed course in Wales!

Places to eat and local shops

    • Within walking distance is the friendly Nanhoron Arms, with a restaurant and 2 bars. The Bryn Cynan Arms is only 1 mile away – a busy, lively pub that is great for pub grub.
    • The Ship at Edern is a popular gastro pub.
    • Further afield the Porth Tocyn Hotel at Abersoch is well recommended and has been in The Good Food Guide since the 1950s. Recently opened in Pwllheli is a good Italian, Enricos and on the marina an excellent new restaurant called Venue with really great food, balcony views and parking. Booking is advisable.
    • In Nefyn there is an excellent SPAR with locally sourced meat and fish - all your other requirements can be found here. Nefyn also has a well-stocked chemist shop with medical advice available.

    The Lleyn Peninsula

    • There are many small coves and tiny beaches to be discovered such as Porth Ysgar and Porth Towyn accessed over pretty flower meadows.
    • The Whistling Sands (NT) near Aberdaron offers easy access from clifftop car park - children will love that the sands really do whistle!
    • Drive inland and follow meandering lanes with hidden villages, tiny churches and pretty pubs. Visit Aberdaron at the end of the Peninsula with its ethereal beauty. Admire its white washed cottages, ancient church, and enjoy the good food at the eateries here - eat out on the balcony at the Ty Newydd Hotel and soak up the views of two tiny islands - the Isles of the Gulls'. Visit the National Trust Centre to find out more about this area and buy bread and cakes in the delightful thatched roof bakery.
    • Abersoch, the polar opposite of Aberdaron, is full of lively pubs, restaurants, and good shops such as Fat Face and Crew Clothing. This is a popular sailing centre with regattas held during the main season and a Jazz Festival in September.

     Glyn y Weddw Art Gallery

    • Situated just above Llanbedrog Beach, this is the oldest art gallery in Wales. This imposing Victorian manor house hosts exhibitions throughout the year by renowned Welsh artists, as well as concerts and lectures (some of which are held in the outside theatre in Summer).
    • There is also good food in their conservatory - perfect for light lunches and afternoon tea.

     Nefyn Bay

    • This large stylish house is perfect for a family wishing to stay in a spacious luxury retreat on Lleyn Peninusla where everyone wants their own area - or for a couple wanting pure sumptuousness and style.

    Why you love Nefyn Bay
Hi, Just a short note to thank you and Mr and Mrs McCormick for the use of their house for our family get together. The house was in first class order, being very clean and presentable, linen and towels excellent. We would certainly go again for a family do and would recommend to friends.
Brian , Chris Oldham and Family
A fabulous house! We have had a fabulous stay. It is gorgeous and we loved it. Thank you so much for letting us stay in your lovely home.
    Stamford, Zimbabwe
We were very appreciative of the quietness & enjoyed sitting on the two distant seats & taking in the view! Three generations valued the space as well as rooms in which we could all be together. Thank you for the use of your home. God is faithful.
    The Dents, Thames Valley
Perfect location and a beautiful property. It has been ideal for our 2 young children. The playroom was a God send on rainy days. We will hopefully be back.
    The Lloyd family
We have enjoyed our stay here so much - it is a beautiful house, so peaceful and away from it all. Revisited many favourite places.
