There is no better place for a family adventure than Snowdonia! Snowdonia National Park is jam packed with choices for outdoor activities which are great for both adults and children alike, all within a short distance from our holiday cottages. You can go walking, cycling, fishing, sailing, canoeing, climbing, horse riding and much more. But there is also plenty of relaxing and interesting family fun to be had on a holiday in Snowdonia - it's not all sport! Spend a day at Shell Island Llanbedr, where the kids can spend hours finding seashells on the shore and there are plenty of shops and cafes to browse in close-by. Or try the beautiful sandy beaches at Barmouth backed by the typical seaside promenade with ice creams, donkey rides and a funfair. Don't miss out on the wealth of cultural and historic sites, charming mountain villages and the traditional Welsh Highland steam railways which are a fantastic way for the whole family to enjoy the stunning scenery of Snowdonia.
