Stay in one of our South Wales holiday cottages for brilliant cycling holiday. South Wales is a scenic delight and has lots of things to do for all ages and tastes. Exploring on bike is made easy, (or difficult, depending on what you want!) as there are a variety of cycle routes to choose from either through lush woodlands, along peaceful river banks, up hilltops or over open fields. The National Cycle Network running through the Vale of Glamorgan or the Swansea Bay cycle routes are a good place to start. For a seaside cycling experience, the Glamorgan Heritage Coast cycle route is a relatively fast route that hugs the coastline from Cardiff Bay to Bridgend. For a long distance, off-road route try the Taff trail which runs from Cardiff to Bay inland to the Brecon Beacons National Park.
This charming and sophisticated upside down cottage with fabulous views over the Glen Usk Estate and Valley is a lovingly converted 200 year old watermill in the pretty market town of Crickhowell. A wonderful base for exploring the Brecon Beacons National Park.
