  • Superbly located and finished to a very high standard, this newly built ground floor apartment features fantastic sea views from the living room, kitchen, master bedroom and balcony area. The apartment is perfectly located for enjoying the restaurants at the marina, only a five minute walk away.
  • The open plan living space utilises the natural light and the extensive glazing makes the most of the exceptional scenery. Comfort and convenience have been built-in to provide you with a perfect base to pursue an active or relaxing break. Patio doors open from the living/dining area onto the balcony - wonderful for sun downers and watching the activity on the Haven Waterway.
  • Each bedroom has been wonderfully styled. The main bedroom offers a king size bed, full waterway views and patio doors opening out onto the balcony.







About The Area

 Milford Haven Marina

  • Stroll along the waterfront and head towards the Marina area, just 5 minutes from the Apartment. The Marina has so much to offer, with a wide selection of restaurants, cafes and bars, fashion and gift shops, hair and beauty salons, and many more retailers and attractions besides the expensive pleasure yachts to see. The excellent choice of eateries mean you can enjoy something different every day of your stay.
  • Enjoy a locally-sourced breakfast at Foam or children's favourite, pancake stack with bacon pancake, banana and maple syrup! 
  • The Harbourmaster is a great place to enjoy a relaxing drink sitting outside on the veranda with views over the Marina.
  • There is even a ten pin bowling alley called Phoenix Bowl and an indoor play area on the western side of the Marina. 
  • Eat a fish and chips supper in Gordon Bennett's traditional fish and chips restaurant in the very location where fish  was once landed daily when Milford Haven was still a thriving fishing port.
Torch Theatre
  • The award winning Torch Theatre in Milford Haven is a popular venue. Check their website for the current programme of events with its cinema, live stage shows, satellite screening of ballets, operas etc. There is also a café/bar and gallery to enjoy.

Milford Haven Golf Club
  • Just a 10 minute drive from the Apartment is the Milford Haven Golf Club - with a warm and welcoming club house serving excellent food and a challenging 18 hole course with panoramic views over the Haven Waterway. The Club welcomes prospective members and visitors alike - whatever your level of skill.

Milford Haven

  • There is no shortage of things to do and see in the around Milford Haven itself. The town has some lovely walks along the Rath. Stop for a drink in the Lord Nelson Hotel - once a favourite haunt of Lord Nelson and Emma (Lady Hamilton).
  • Learn all about the heritage of Milford Haven on a walking tour with Discover Milford. There are 3 walking tours to choose from all lasting around 1.5 hours.
  • Milford Haven Museum is housed in one of the town's oldest buildilngs. Its collection reflects all aspects of the town's fishing and whaling history.

Cycle the Brunel Track

  • The Celtic Trail passes through Westfield Pill Nature Reserve along the old railway track built by Neyland's founder - Isambard Kingdom Brunel.

Pembroke

  • Pembroke with its ancient town wall and mighty Norman castle is a 20 minute drive. Exciting events are held in the grounds throughout the summer season including historical reenactments, music festivals and falconry displays. Tudor and Georgian houses line the main street of Pembroke with its mixture of pubs, restaurants and shops. One of few physical reminders of Pembroke's important maritime trading history The Cornstore now refurbished sells innovative furniture and gifts over its three floors. Enjoy Italian coffee, light lunches and delicious homemade cakes in its Quayside Cafe.

St Brides Bay Beaches

  • Just a short drive away from the Apartment is St Brides Bay with its lovely sandy beaches and coves.
    Do visit picturesque Little Haven; the broad flat sands of Broad Haven; Druidston Haven, popular with horse riders - a magnificent sight; 2 miles of golden beach, perfect for surfing at Newgale; all connected by road and the coastal path. Many beaches welcome dogs all year round, some in restricted areas during summer months.

Boat Trips to the Bird Islands

  • Trip boats leave from Martins Haven to visit the off shore bird islands of Skomer and Skokholm. You will almost certainly see seals and dolphins too. Remember your camera and binoculars.

Tenby

  • This is truly the jewel in South Pembrokeshire’s coastline with its 3 blue flag beaches, interesting gift, craft and bric a brac shops, restaurants, pubs and Tudor Merchants House (NT) – a fascinating glimpse into times gone by.  Book a boat trip from its picturesque harbour  to the famous monastic island of Caldy – a truly lovely relaxing day out for all the family.

Family Days out in Pembrokeshire

  • There are theme parks galore with diversions for all the family.  Look up Tenby Dinosaur Park, Oakwood Theme Park, Bluestone, Folly Farm Zoo and Heatherton for a good mix.
  • If you want to get in touch with the local farming and agricultural scene, the summer is dotted with agricultural shows. They are colourful, entertaining and informative.

Here from Canada visiting my dad & family. This place was booked so we could all have a vacation together.Beautiful, clean, well equipped. Perfect weather and beautiful views of the water.Ventured out daily - Pembroke Castle, Tenby, St Davids, Dale, Marloes, Little Haven and Broad Haven.
