2 Bedrooms sleeping a maximum of 4 plus cot on request. 1 double and 1 twin both on 1st floor, with fantastic far reaching views towards the Kerry Ridgeway.

Bathroom on 1st floor with bath, shower cubicle, toilet and washbasin.

Kitchen south facing sunny kitchen with spectacular views, electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, dining table seating 6.

Utility Room with fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and Belfast sink.

  • The Kerry Ridgeway, which runs along the crest of Kerry Hill, is the oldest of all these routes and is a gentle undulating walk through heather moors, cool woodlands and bilberry rich heathers with fantastic views – ideal for walkers, mountain bikers, fisherfolk (coarse and fly fishing are nearby) and horseriders.
