1 twin with bath and shower, wash basin and toilet.1 double, 3 single rooms all with wash basins and rural/sea views all on 1st floor. 1 double with wash basin, sea views and direct access to the garden on ground floor.

Bathroom and separate toilet on first floor.

Kitchen electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher.

Dining Room with Rayburn, large table and chairs, pine dresser, tv. Highchair.

Grounds lawned enclosed garden, barbecue, garden furniture. Lockable bike shed.

Ample parking.

Fuel oil fired Rayburn for cooking and hot water free throughout the year. Full central heating included May – Sept. Outside these dates £40 per week. Coal and logs available locally.
