Staying with us before 12 April 2021?

Your holiday will not be able to go ahead as planned, and we are contacting all guests to discuss their options.

The options available are:

  • Amend your holiday to available dates in the future. Any difference in the price will be charged/refunded as appropriate.
  • Receive a gift voucher to the value of what you have paid so far (plus a 5% bonus as a goodwill gesture).
  • Receive a refund on what you have paid so far.

Can my booking go ahead?

We are delighted to be able to welcome our guests once again, so your upcoming holiday is likely to be able to go ahead as planned.

However, there are a few reasons this may not be the case so please ensure you keep yourself up-to-date with the latest government guidelines and our information pages throughout the website.

In certain situations, we can offer you the following options:

Amend your holiday
Either move to available dates in the future or amend your party so it fits inline with government guidelines and restrictions (e.g. guests from one household). Any difference in the price will be charged/refunded as appropriate.

Gift voucher
Receive holiday gift vouchers to the value of what you have paid so far (plus a 5% bonus as a goodwill gesture).

Refund
Receive a refund to the value of what you have paid so far.
