Staged over 3 days this extreme running race follows the spectacular and rugged Anglesey Coast Path covering variable terrain with stunning views for 135 miles. Set against the dramatic backdrop of Snowdonia Mountain Range, Ring O’ Fire offers adventurous runners the opportunity to challenge their limits in some of the most awe inspiring coastal scenery in Wales. In this area of outstanding natural beauty it is not unusual for competitors to spot porpoises, dolphins and seals as well as puffins, razor bills, guillemots, gannets, terns and even the rare chough. They will also encounter tidal estuaries, sandy beaches, rocky coves, steep cliff paths, sand dunes, fields and forest. The route will also pass Holyhead Port, Beaumaris Castle, the Menai and Brittania Bridges, ancient burial mounds at Cable Bay and RAF Valley. Are you up for the challenge?
