The National Trust property Erddig Country House and Garden host an Apple Festival every October
Erddig Apple Festival celebrating the annual apple harvest has been held at National Trust property Erddig Country House and Garden for over 20 years. Hundreds of visitors flock to admire and taste an array of apple varieties as well as enjoy numerous apple related products, cider and local crafts. There are cookery demonstrations, live music, entertainment and fun for all ages to enjoy. Although the main house is not open until March, the gardens, renovated workshops, stables with Shire horses, kitchen, laundry, lime pit, shop and cafe are all open to visitors.
