Guest Book Comments

Kite Cottage is a fabulous barn conversion completed to a very high standard. The accommodation was excellent with en suite facilities to every bedroom. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment including freezer, dishwasher and washer dryer. Although there were only four of us this accommodation was easily spacious enough for the six people it can sleep. The log burner was easy to use and really heated up the already warm property. It was great to actually have a secure garden for our dogs as this isn't always available. The owners were helpful on arrival then unobtrusive. We have stayed in many barn conversions and this was one of the best. Highly recommend a visit. Fabulous part of the country too!

What a lovely place. Thank you so much for the generous welcome pack – the wine particularly appreciated after a tedious journey. We have had perfect walking weather and some beautiful walks. It has been a really enjoyable week. Many thanks.

What a fabulous place to stay. One of the best conversions we've stayed in. Peaceful, comfortable and very dog friendly (thank you). Well equipped and clean – a real home from home.

Explored St Davids, Cearth, Parog Beach, Mwnt, Molygrove, Ffynone Falls and Caws Cenarth Cheese. Highly recommend these and many wonderful walks. Recommend The White Hart in Cenarth. Many thanks for the welcome godies. Hope to return in the future.Thank you so much.

Thank you very much for the warm welcome, together with all the lovely added extras.

The barn suited us perfectly and the dogs had a fantastic enclosed garden to explore. Just sitting with the doors open watching the wildlife was just perfect.

The barn is beautifully decorated and was one of the cleanest we have stayed in.

For those visiting after us we recommend:
Take away pizzas from the Coopers Arms
Poppit Sands
Day trip to Skomer Island
Dolphin Watching at New Quay
Nature Reserve
Tea Room on the Corner at Cenarth
Devils Bridge Falls (not for the elderly or pushchairs)

A wonderful 2 week stay in a gorgeous cottage which had everything in all the right places. The area is so quiet yet accessible to Cardigan (Poppit Sands) and Newquay/Aberaeron and Borth. If you can be bothered to drive the 25 miles the beach at Borth is something else. There is a good Morrisons in Aberystwyth on the way back to stock up your supplies. A fabulous 5 star stay. So relaxing. Highly recommend this cottage.

Fantastic location and a lovely modernised cottage. Plenty of room (only 3 of us) but easily room for more. All 3 bedrooms had generous ensuites with good showers. House was well equiped, with everything you need for an enjoyable holiday. We enjoyed the selection of board games......despite one giving us all a head ache......and we're not that stupid....(maybe) :) Internet connection good.......thought we might get Sky as a Sky box but didnt seem able to .....maybe down to us.... but Freeview still available. Watched the kites, buzzard and sparow hawks flying around (and in) the garden. Managed to get the good weather so had the choice of eating outside or at the dining table overlooking the garden with the two double french windows open. Lovely evenings ..... All in all, ourselves , our 14 year old daughter had a great time here.
