Our Quality Cottages team have been part of the family for many years. They are highly experienced, with an in-depth knowledge of all of our properties. They are always on hand for you and your customers, before, during and after their stay.
Our team will get to know your property personally so we can then find the right guests for you. This helps us to ensure and maintain a very low level of complaints by correctly setting and meeting expectations.
We understand that you may want to use your property too. Therefore, all we ask is that you use no more than 5 of the peak season weeks, to enable us to do the very best for your investment. Simply let us know when you want to block-out a week, and if it is free we will do so immediately.
We know our customers are busy people, and our owners don’t want to miss a booking, so our office is open 8.30am - 8.30pm - 7 days a week and our website is of course open for bookings 24/7.
