The setting for the cottage was absolutely beautiful and so peaceful. Quite remote but then you had the benefit of the stunning scenery and peace and quiet. The only sounds you had were from sheep, horses and birds with wildlife on the doorstep including red kites flying in the valley close by.The cottage was good, perhaps needed a bit of TLC in places, but the setting and the friendly owners made up for this. Plenty of walks close by, a couple of National Trust properties and pretty little towns. About an hour to the coast so found plenty to do.

Guestbook Comments

If you've ever visited a holiday cottage before, you most likely have seen a guestbook in the property for guests to leave a review for others when they arrive. Each of the following comments was lovingly left by people just like you in the guestbook left at Bedw Cottage.

Another great stay at Bedw Cottage

After three years, we returned to Bedw Cottage for another great stay, this time in winter. Pity it was only two weeks; we could have stayed forever. The cottage was cosy and very comfortable. The scenery didn't disappoint with a bit of snow on the hills creating a postcard setting - a novelty for Georgia who had not seen snow falling before. Rebecca and Owen were terrific hosts again, very generous with their time and hospitality. Can't wait to come back again.
