Cobble Cottage was excellent for the holiday we wanted. We had our westie, Kenzy, with us and she can get quite mucky. Luckily the sun shone all the time but having a back door into the kitchen and towels provided for her made any excursions easy to manage. The kitchen was very well equipped and the bedrooms and bathrooms were excellent. The area is excellent for walking and culture; we loved Brecon and the area a couple of miles above the cottage was breathtaking. The owners were great; there when we needed them and caring of our well being without being obtrusive. Kenzy had a wonderful time.

Cobble Cottage is in a pleasant location and the owners are welcoming and friendly. The cottage was uncluttered, yet everything needed was provided. Our only minor quibble was that the sofas were too squashy for comfort. We would also have liked a summer weight duvet, but understand that it's difficult to cater for all temperatures.
